
The Saturday Session is our energising 60-minute outdoor fitness class on Fryers Field in West Moors, combining strength, endurance, mobility and functional training in a supportive, all-abilities environment. Led by expert coaches and powered by a friendly community, it’s the perfect way to start your weekend with purpose. Under-18s join free with a paying adult.

Join our small, supportive group for a gentle yet effective exercise session designed to improve your flexibility, reduce stiffness, and enhance your range of motion. Led by Halena, this class takes place in a warm and inviting space at West Moors Pavilion, just off Bond Avenue in West Moors. With a maximum of 10 participants, you’ll receive personalized attention in a friendly environment. After the class, many of our members enjoy a coffee and cake at the local café, adding to the community spirit. All of this for just £34 per month—let’s keep you moving with confidence and feeling your best!
