- Transaction & Order Data: Billing name, shipping address, and order history when purchasing class passes or apparel. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal information strictly to:
- Deliver mobile personal training and group fitness sessions.
- Process and fulfill orders for studio apparel (including relaying delivery details to our UK print partner, Printful).
- Respond to inquiries and communicate regarding scheduled appointments or bookings.
- Maintain legal, accounting, and tax records in accordance with UK statutory requirements.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared exclusively with necessary third-party service providers:
- Stripe: Secure card processing and payment gateway.
- Printful: On-demand manufacturing and shipping fulfillment for apparel orders.
- Web Hosting & Infrastructure: Secure server hosting via Hostinger.

We retain client intake and transaction data only as long as necessary to provide our services and satisfy legal, accounting, and insurance reporting requirements. Appropriate technical safeguards are maintained to protect data from unauthorized access.
