Terms & Conditions & Service Agreement

By accessing helmwellness.co or booking any coaching, class, or merchandise through HELM Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Physical Activity & Medical Disclaimer

Participation in personal training, mobile coaching, or outdoor fitness classes (“The Saturday Session”) involves inherent physical exertion.

Medical Clearance: You confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or medications on your pre-exercise screening.
Voluntary Participation: All exercises are undertaken voluntarily at your own risk. If you feel dizzy, unwell, or experience pain at any point, you must stop immediately and inform your coach.
Family Classes: Under-18s attending community sessions must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible parent or guardian.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Private Coaching: We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for mobile personal training sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Class Passes & Drop-Ins: Drop-in passes and class subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, but class credits may be rescheduled subject to coach discretion.

3. Studio Apparel & Online Orders

Fulfillment: Apparel items (“The Uniform Tee”) are produced on-demand and dispatched via tracked UK delivery services.
Returns & Exchanges: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return for an exchange or refund, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, notify us at info@helmwellness.co within 7 days of receipt with photos, and a replacement will be issued.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, HELM Wellness and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage to personal property, or injury arising from participation outside instructed safety guidelines.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
